We are an upcoming independent digital music label centering artist-first ethics. Our aim is to help establish artists and enable them to flourish, not to exploit or capitalize.

We consist of 2 artist co-owners with no employees. We aim to stay small (25 artist cap) and do not seek to scale up.

Who are we and what do we do for you? Current artist-relevant duties include but are not limited to:

• Skye:
  • Networking with potential artists
  • Post-production and sound quality control
  • Coordinating royalty distribution
  • Facilitation of contract signing and renewals
  • Facilitating collaborations including maintaining a list of available collaborators and their specialties
  • Email correspondence
  • Website management

  • Social media management
  • Promotion of releases

  • Consensus-based decision on:
    • Whether or not to sign on potential new artists
    • Whether or not works are ready for release
  • Fundraiser promotion
